Dragon’s Gate integrating Feng Shui elements into design
Earlier this year Tilt worked with artist Ross Shephard from Site Image on a series of culturally significant artwork installations.
The artwork conveys the Chinese myth of Dragon’s Gate – a Koi Carp leaping over the waterfall and turning into a dragon, symbolic of devotion and learning on a personal journey to wisdom and success.
Earlier this year Bookmarc published this story
The Dragon’s gate installation is comprised of several artwork elements: two prominent glass features are presented in the forecourt of the building, with these major works being supported by a series of four similarly themed boxes in the adjoining laneway.
The location of the artworks, the composition of the images, and the chosen colour palette was driven by the developers strong feng shui objectives for the project.
